What’s Going On?

We are upgrading the wallet infrastructure that handles rakeback and revenue share rewards.

This upgrade will make things more stable and easier to use long-term. While this work is happening, some wallet features are limited.

Your rewards are still being tracked.
Your funds are safe.
More functionality is coming soon.


I Claimed My Rewards — Where Are They?

When you claim rakeback or revenue share:

• The rewards are recorded securely
• The funds are stored in our new wallet infrastructure
• They are not lost

You may not see full visibility inside the app yet because we are still upgrading the wallet infrastructure.

If needed, support can help confirm your claim.


Why Don’t I See the Funds in the App?

We are transitioning from our current wallet infrastructure to the newer one.

During this process:

• Some balances may not display clearly inside the app
• Transfer options may be temporarily limited

This is a temporary limitation while we complete the upgrade.


I Sold PHNM and Now Have USDC — How Do I Use It?

We are rolling out additional features soon that will allow you to:

• Convert funds for use directly on the site
• Transfer funds to an external wallet

These features are being added carefully to ensure security.

We will announce them as they go live.


Why Did My Funds Go to Polygon?

Our current wallet system operates on both Polygon and Base networks simultaneously.

This is not an error.
It does not affect the safety of your funds.


Why Is the App Showing About 1.5 Weeks of Rakeback?

During the wallet upgrade, there was a timing overlap in reward cycles.

This may temporarily display about 1.5 weeks of rakeback.

This is only a display issue.
Your actual rewards are being calculated correctly.


When Will Withdrawals Be Available?

We are actively building withdrawal and transfer functionality.

Our goal is to release these features step-by-step to ensure they are secure and reliable.

We will share updates as they are finalized.


What About Staking and Boosted Status?

If you stake your PHNM tokens, your reward level will update based on the type of staking you choose.

Escalator (Flexible):

• Escalator positions have a 7-day waiting period
• After 7 days, they begin impacting your rewards
• The updated level applies at the next weekly reward reset

Hard Lock (Fixed Term):

• Hard Lock positions impact rewards immediately
• The boosted level applies in the same reward cycle
